the "gold" in Aion is Kinah... I mix the two words so 100,000k = 100,000 gold... gah... anyway forgive me.

Did buy Aion did play it a little and it was all "Did I not did all this before".. the story was well I think it was pretty bad and boring by the book... Anyway when I got to the pvp part I got bad and uninstall the game instantly. I rate this game 4 out of 10 and that's it for me. At the moment I am inactive in all my mmo games.

I am now playing Dragon Age and so far its so much more rewarding them any mmo I played for years... In this pass view days I had to enjoy so many more epic moments and story! I even did buy the dlcs and Mass Effect just 5 mins ago to play after I completed this game. And I read Mass Effect 2 will come out in Jan and will read mass effect 1 save files!! How more I play this games the more I look forward to the new Star wars MMO....

Seriously guys.
The plugging of this BORING Korean copycat of WOW does NO good to this "industry".

Just have a oook at its activity graphics on http://www.xfire.com/games/aion/Aion/

Dramatic drop offs of gamers.

Also the game is NOT doing well on amazon.com either.

The quicker this Korean grnder fails the quicler we can concentrate on really good games coming out in the future. Hopefully that will be Start Trek or Star WArs.
And we still will have Cataclysm as a redone Azeroth to hold things together.

But seriously stop promoting dull, soulless copycat grindfests coming from Eastern moneymakers which have NO clue about what people like to play.

Gaming value of Aion is practically Z E R O.

So mmorpg media watchers. It is worth every point UK PC gamer gave thiis thing .... a .... 6: very avearge.

I am guessing the majority of people who enjoy Aion are playing it right now. As with any game, you will get a lot more people bashing than complimenting.

I would give the game an 8/10, but it has moments of /10. It's not very everyone, but personally I love the death penalty. PvP is great, grinding is fun (I much rather kind than do lame quests like gather this and that, etc. though they have those quests too if you wish to do them).

It's worth getting for a month and trying. The game is fuuullll of people, which is nice. If you play, make sure you find a decent Legion. Aion is not meant to be a soloers game. You will find it most rewarding with a few friends or a legion, etc.

Hands down it's one of the best MMO's I've played Since DAoC or EQ. Sadly, many of the MMOers out there now had their first experience with WoW, which really ****ed the industry IMO. Oh well :)

I honestly don't get how its on the monthly top 10 list (clinging to #10) when it hasn't been on the weekly top 10 list (which anyone can view) for a good long time.

In a vacuum the game is worthy of some praise, but NCsoft West is a train wreck. Seeing ads for powerleveling services and Kinah sales plastered all over the official Facebook and Twitter pages was especially funny considering the fact that NCsoft West was forced to use those sites as the official forum was broken and NCsoft employees could not post there.

I can handle Lineage 2 being botted up to the gills, but there's no excuse for the spam and bot trains invading Aion while NCsoft West feigns ignorance for two weeks, bans legit players as a show of force, then unbans the poor souls who were caught up in the "LOL, we're doing something. See?"

NCsoft makes gorgeous games with meaningful PVP...and then they leave them to the wolves because they are unwilling to put resources towards policing them.
