I've been amazed land value and growth didn't crash a long time ago, since the land area-to-resident ratio keeps kept getting higher and higher. If you add the usually unmentioned alt factor into LL's statistical mix, the "unique residents" number is probably significantly lower than the "unique human beings" number.
