Honestly, I think I'm playing the two games I'm actually interested in: DDO and LOTRO.

Sure I'm keen for SW:TOR and STO but I'm not nearly as hyped for them as I was for AOC over a year ago.

Eventually EVE will release Ambula...Walki....whatever they're gonna call it and I'll re-up and stop just reading about it on Massively.

Speaking only on games that are currently live, I personally watch EVE the most. I don't believe the game is for me, but it is something that facinates me.

Speaking of games in development... STO and SWTOR are pretty close. Black Prophecy and Jumpgate Evolution following closely behind.

Eve is amazing to read about, while I don't play the game anymore (I do hop on a free trial every once in a while) because of the openness of the game and fact that scamming people is a large part of the game (doesn't have to be but it is definitly a "Buyer beware" game) the stories are always interesting and many times flow into real life. A great game to follow.

I personally can't stop reading about STO. While I admit this with a bit of embarrassment I have liked Star Trek sense I was 6 years old, and I just can't wait to finally hop into the captains seat and take command for myself like I've always wanted too do.

As for games that are out currently. I'm a one MMO player right now and that is Eve Online. I love that game to death so much. So many things to do and so many ways do them it is truly mind boggling.

Upcoming game to watch: SW:TOR

Current, non-playing game: AoC... I am always drawn to the game because of it's beauty and grittiness but I can never bring myself back to play after so long because of how devoid of people it was at my early 30's level. I think if there's a new tide of people starting the game I might jump back in as well.

Eh LOTRO I guess, though most the changes I want just will never come. I accepted a while a go that housing will never be what I want it to be in that game. I also gave up on them ever redoing the HORRIBLE armor graphics from pre-Moria. I've accepted that aside from the landscape artists, LOTRO's art lead just does not have what it takes to participate in a triple A title.

What I can not accept is another year of the Moria gameplay. It was new and cool after so long playing SOA, but the instance gating by farming radiance gets old after doing each of the instances oh say... 50+ times. Getting someone's 5th alt their radiance gear, or some person suddenly wanting it after a year of saying they don't, it just gets old.

Just like WoW and EQ1 before it, having a gated raid progression is probably the worst thing to base a game around, and for the most part LOTRO's SOA game avoided much of that, it was DIFFERENT and was nice to not have a Planes of Power clone(as WoW is) in a high quality MMO. Moria pretty much turned LOTRO in to the same old crap I've been playing.

Now with them recycling that old content into the new expansion's armor gathering plans, the continued reliance on radiance gating on new content, and no drastic overall gameplay shift like they had with Moria, I am just plane bored and fed up with LOTRO's extended Moria era. I was wanting Rohan with major updates to how the game played, I was wanting something that was not a continuation of what I just slaved through for a year in Moria. Again, Moria was GREAT, I loved it. It was just time to switch things up, not just add on to what Moria is now. I think maybe I was spoiled by how drastic the gameplay changed from SOA to Moria, it felt like a new MMO. These half assed mini-xpacs are just not going to cut it for me.

Other than that, I wish Champions would choose subscription or micro-trans and not do both. If they chose one or the other, I'd participate in the game.

For upcoming games I watch almost all of them. Predicting which ones will be good is damn near impossible. A year ago who would have thought that Fallen Earth would turn out ten times cooler than Champions and Aion? There is just no telling who is going to get it right and who isn't. A big budget and an all star cast of voice actors won't necessarily make SWTOR a great game. Maybe Heroes of Telara will blow us away, maybe it won't.

For existing games I watch AoC and DDO. For DDO I am keeping an eye out for more content. They must have the cash to expand it soon. For AoC I'm not sure what to expect, but I keep holding hopes that it looks compelling enough to try the game again.

EVE Online, wihtout a doubt. I still have 4 active accounts, and log in only to change my skills. :) Not that I'm really waiting for anything to change, the only reason I stopped playing actively was a very busy WoW raiding schedule..

And with a girlfriend who also plays WoW I don't see me returning to 0.0 any time soon.. I will keep my accounts though as I could not imagine just leaving them after the years of work and time I have put into building them up..

I also take a look at WAR every now and them, but don't really see myself returning..

Mortal Online and Darkfall.

Darkfall seems good but their ideas about no skill cap really deter me from going back.

Mortal Online has me crossing my fingers and prayng.

Darkfall was both the best gaming experience and worst I've ever had at the same time. The only MMO I stopped playing out of anger and not boredome. When I found out that I was becomming a wherer everyone cold be everything that was another drop in the bucket of reasons I can't play it.

I'm hoping, like you, that MO is great.

Having quit WoW for Lotro, I try to remain updated on WoW news in case something comes around the corner that will entice me to reactivate my account.

For upcoming games it's SWTOR and TSW for released games it's AoC.. I don't think I will ever resubscribe to AoC, but I'm Norwegian so I guess it's my way of cheering for Funcom.

I stay up to date and subscribed to LOTRO even though I'm not playing it. I resubbed this last time only to get Mirkwood free. I'll check it out but I doubt I'll stick around much longer. Their move away from large, quarterly content updates to teeny-tiny updates every 5-6 months plus "mini-expansions" is frustrating.

Currently I'm watching SW:TOR and FFXIV. Both look good but I still have lots of questions about both.

The main game I'm not playing that I keep an eye on is EQ2. I usually pull up EQ2Flames a few times a week to see what's going on. I almost resubscribed last weekend but then I remembered that I had pre-ordered Torchlight and I needed to give that a shot before I started another game. Oh, and I finally decided to level up an alt in WoW so that's another thing delaying my resub to EQ2. But I do want to get back into it and try to hit 200 AA before the next expansion is released.

I follow the old republic just because I'm waiting to see them release some details about how they're going to effectively achieve their ambitions. Right now it's all just talk because I fail to see how they're going to accommodate a highly involved mission set where you can impact things for the amount of redundancy an MMO demands from its user base (doing the quest 100x over).

I follow all things eve including DUST, because its the only MMO I play right now and the news just seems to be all the more exciting.

I also follow aion and champions as a guilty pleasure because they're slowly documenting the decline the same way the last generation of games in that venue did (WAR and AOC). Though I do admit, I toil at the notion of resubscribing to AOC to give it another look.
