I am really surprised, given how spammy their more popular games such as Lineage and Lineage II must have been with RMT, that more was not done to combat this from the outset in the beta. I mean, even setting up bots themselves to test against, or asking users to stump their protocols (perhaps with no reprimanding, or even rewarding the attempts) would have helped somewhat. Just now, it seems like there was no real trying until the game was live and the proverbial flood-gates opened up.
