Really strange they dont want to get owrd of mouth out there, after reading your post maj.havok, i asked a couple folks if they received any emails from webzen, here is one:

I decided to check this out and nothing points to ijji or anything else, simply put, the mentioned countries cant play or arent being given the proper links or instruction. I blame this on the devs. (grin)
