Report from a friend of mine the client doesnt work.

Currently there are two types for dl none of which work in the usa. Once dl'd and one tries to start it simply tells you your region is incorrect. Looks like a cheap attempt at getting the word out and they failed. In addition the stress/peak/beta started the 14th and they were having problems then too.

My suggestion as i told my friend was to terminate the new login webzen made him create. Not worth the trouble if they cant even get a sneak peak working properly.

Was puzzled by this post as I've been playing the open beta for a few weeks now... then I realised that version in the ijii one... not sure what the difference is though.

Is this ANOTHER MMO where all the creatures stand around and only attack when you attack them? I get so tired of those...never thought I'd love Aggro so much...

For everyone in the US, Canada, Mexico, and The United Kingdom our version of the game is distributed by ijji. It still is the Webzen game but through ijji.

http://sun.ijji.com/

It went live on Oct 9th not sure why no one reported about that.

Still a really good game IMO especially being free...

Really strange they dont want to get owrd of mouth out there, after reading your post maj.havok, i asked a couple folks if they received any emails from webzen, here is one:

"Thank you for your inquiry,

Players from the US, Canada, Mexico, and UK cannot play at our server and this is on our news and announcements section on our forum.
We truly apologize for the inconvenience the maintenance extension has caused you.

Thank you,

GM Alice

I decided to check this out and nothing points to ijji or anything else, simply put, the mentioned countries cant play or arent being given the proper links or instruction. I blame this on the devs. (grin)

I agree with you on this. That has puzzled me from the start. If you are on ijji forums it mentions Webzen's site, but you have to look for it. You would think for a company trying to get players it would be more apparent, plus I never see adverts for the game. They have a facebook site that, in the case of ijji, has no real information whatsoever. It is sad cause the game, for being free, is pretty good...With the president that BF Heroes has made with micro-transactions, on a free game you would think they would try harder...
