Seeing as how my fiancé and I met through FFXI, and our favorite home country in the game was San d'Oria, it seemed only natural that we (being the geeks we are) used the Square-Enix merch starter rings as wedding bands/engagement rings. :B They are awesome, if a bit heavy.

Eh, I'll buy game-based merchandise, but I tend to go for stuff that doesn't automatically scream game.
I got a Horde symbol keychain, and a black shirt that says "The Forsaken Are Metal" with a sweet-lookin skull behind the letters. Both look pretty cool even if you don't know what WoW is.

I've got the Apocalypse battleship model from EVE on my desk, and I love it.

I love this kind of junk...I have all the stuff we got given at last years Blizzard WWI, as well as a pile of EVE junk...strategic maps, poster, and 2 EON magazines.

I absolutely LOVE my Vault-Tec Pip Boy bobble-head! he is always nodding in approval of my key-strokes and has a generous smile when ever I look over at him!

I have the TR coins mounted with some pushpins above my desk at home. Its not that elaborate, but it works.

Otherwise, I have a Draenai Paladin statue sitting on my bookshelf at work, and I have a Master Chief statue sitting next to my xbox 360 at home.
