Umm no... if anything, this looks more like the so-called "Excalibur Class" that was announced a while back. Which in turn is a variant on the tried and true Constitution Class from the original series, and first 6 movies.

That's not based on the Intrepid Class prototype either. I would say its closer to being a Nova Class, with custom nacelles.

For SpikeCS (above), the ship in the fourth pic is a variant on the Excelsior class. Note the truly circular saucer section and distinctive deflector dish set deep into the secondary hull.
