That developer had an Eve character that was known for scamming. He quit his job when people discovered what character he was playing. (CCP forced their employees to choose between character or job if their idendity was revealed).
So , do you want to trust your full api key to a person that choose his character above his job and is a known scammer?

I am one of the guys on Avatars United, the community site hosting the apps that developed this specific apps. Trust me none of us has ever worked at CCP, none of us has ever scammed people in EVE Online. You can easily doublecheck the career background on LinkedIn.
We are hosting an official contest with CCP (http://www.avatarsunited.com/eve-app-contest) ending today and I doubt that they would have endorsed us should we have been known scammers.
I appreciate your effort to inform people, however in this case it wasn´t true. We are small group of childhood friends developing the site and all of our efforts go into building cool resources for gamers. Its an open platform so anybody can contribute.
Best! :)
