There is nothing wrong with Defiance. It still provides the extra energy gain that Invuln won't have. Defiance also offers greater resistances once fully stacked. The ONLY reason I will favor it is because I can stack it with Defensive Combo that adds the Defiance buff. Combining Defiance with Defensive Combo is still very effective because it lets you get it fully stacked relatively quickly and can make Enrage more effective when it consumes the Defiance.

My PA tank cannot tank at all after patch, my munitions is made of thinner paper, but fares much better since she didn't rely on defence but pure offence, still she needs some luck against 3 or more henchmen and if a villain is included its usually a defeat, overall nothing like what tutorial says.

but since we talk about the launch itself it was quite smooth, smoother than one could expect, thumbs up for that.

I’m surprised that you got in on Launch Day myself; I’m also Australian, and none of the stores I’ve been to have so far gotten the game in stock, and none will give me an actual release date. EB is the only exception, and they’ve pushed back to “September 10, maybe”

It suddenly became available on Steam without warning. It had been sitting there in the Steam storefront for some time with no price (which I usually interpret as special Steam code for "Not available to your region"). I started up Steam for something else, and there it was, with a price-tag and a purchase button, so I went for it.
