Last year Marvel told us that it was hard to write story's with a married spider-man. So they did the next best thing in there mind.... Put Ant May on her dead bed begging peter to let her go! But Peter Parker did not in fact he make a deal with a devil like guy to exchange his Married with the hot MJ so Ant May can live a view years more...... Well lets hope Disney make them undo this and restore Spider-man back to his old self ;)

The Marvel MMO is save until 2019! So if they release it by them its all good!

Please remind Gazillion that Vivendi had a 10 year deal with Marvel to produce a MMO that lasted about 3 years.

If it had lasted, Vivendi would still be holding the rights (up to 2012).

They are going to turn all my favorites x-men and spider man stuff into some weird twist of teletubbies and mini mouse mixed with bubblegum and dirty diapers.
It's like taking hardcore porn from multiracial gangbangs and turning it into soft core porn that they give on TV late at night for the poor lonely sob who can't afford pay-per-view.

before they try to do it, I think someone ELSE already has rights on Mighty Mouse.

This might be quite good, actually. Disney has mastered the art of leveraging characters out across different formats, while Marvel comes up with good serial comics then flails about in other media.

Seriously, would the Marvel Experience (or whatever the themed restaurant chain was called) have failed so spectacularly had Disney been running it? Would have quite so many MMO contracts been torn up?

As long as they leave the creatives of Marvel alone, and they're pretty good at doing that, they can spin out all sorts of side projects, an area in which Marvel has a really spotty track record on their own.

It means all those Marvel Cartoons are moving off the cartoon network!! Maybe Disney will bring them back with the masters of animation behind the wheel.. I'm just saying, it's for the kids you know. :)

Lol, lets see how Pixar can handle the X-Men!

A live action X-Men or Spider-Man series... on the Disney Channel! Teen angst and slapstick comedy! Lol!

But really, this is pretty hilarious.

All you need to do is look at DXD (disney XD for those who don't have kids) to see what they done with Marvel. Iron Man Armored Adventures, X-Men Evolution, The Spectular Spiderman. It means that anything that comes out of Marvel now will be kid friendly. To include video games. if they do come out with a marvel MMO it will probably be along the same lines as wizard 101 in terms of age appropriate content.

From a marketing standpoint the marvel portion of disney is bound to make more money then when Marvel was a seperate entity,

From a personal standpoint it sucks!
