Wow... I might try WOW again. One of the things I've loved about City of Heroes is how much their new stuff hits as many players as possible. Seeing Blizzard and Funcom do this is pretty awesome.

I quit WoW after WOTLK.
It seems that every new expansion destroys the old WoW every so slowly.
Since they're revamping azeroth now... i wonder if the vanilla WoW feeling would come back or it's going to become a new Wow altogether

But then again it's the same with pretty much every game. Once a expansion is out everyone wants to play the new stuff and just leave the old stuff behind even if they havn't fulled completed it.

The only game that hasn't destroied it's original by releasing expansions is probably Guild Wars. Rather than expansions their all more like stand alone games, so there are a number of people owning only one game or two.
When WOTLK came out the Outlands just died. There was hardly anyone there... apart from death knights. it felt like i was all alone in the univerise when i was leveling my alts.
