Three of the last four articles are EVE Online-related. This is getting a bit ridiculous... there ARE other MMOs out there, you know! And some really good ones.

So, what MMO story do you think should have been reported instead of the three EVE stories?

If things happen in EVE (and lets face it, more happens in a week of EVE than a year of WoW), then reporting it seems to be an OK use of time. Purposefully not reporting EVE stories because there have been too many of them according to an arbitrary count wouldnt be very good journalism.

Oh don't get me wrong, I enjoy reading about EVE, but Massively has an annoying habit of focusing way too much on the game. Considering two of the three stories that led to something in my brain snapping are distinctly NOT news in any meaningful sense (this one, plus the call out for EVE bloggers for some 3rd party site), it just gets tiring.

As for what I'd rather see? Well how about some analysis/sneak peaks from the Fallen Earth open beta? Maybe a comparison of CoH and CO that's a little deeper than the typical nonsense? Perhaps some information on the less mainstream MMOs that are out there? An examination of the innovations - or lack thereof - in the upcoming crop of games? Etc.

So by all means post about EVE when something awesome happens - but stop making it the focus so bloody often. It's a great game to be sure - but this isn't EVE Insider.
