With Mythic being combined under the same leadership as Bioware via EA's decision, all eyes are watching to see what comes out of the strange partnership these two companies find themselves in. Meanwhile, it's life as usual in Warhammer Online, with lots of strange things happening every day. Take for example this brave player, Raxour. Apparently not having a head is no real impairment for him as he continues to battle on for the side of Destruction. He writes in: Here's my new Squig Herder Raxour in Warhammer Online. Proof that Goblins can function for days without their heads.... I can't speak for anyone but myself, but I think if I were fighting a headless enemy who kept coming, that'd be right about the time I was hanging up my sword. That never ends well in the movies.
Do you have a screenshot that has a strange and funny glitch - or just a weird occurance/pileup/etc? If so, you should send those to us here at oneshots AT massively DOT com! Remember to include your name and the game it's from; send along a quick note too. We'll post it out here for everyone to check out, and tell them you sent the silly screen to us.

To be honest, I put out what I get, so long as it it's large enough, doesn't have heavy UI in it, and isn't a blatant advertisement for something (this is more the SL screens I've gotten). I can't speak to why WAR players send in so many glitch shots - perhaps there are a lot of glitches - or maybe they're just so funny to the players that they snap those and ignore the scenery shots. No idea.
That said, if you feel we're not doing a game you play justice, please do send in some screenshots with your own take on the game. I like seeing new and interesting takes on different MMOs - it makes my job easier insofar as keeping One Shots interesting! :)
Hope that helps clear it up a bit.

Well, think about it this way.
He could show a screenshot that isn't glitched, but at the end of the day while it might look pretty, ultimately its something a lot of people could achieve.
But a glitched screenshot offers something others don't. Its unique. Whether its due to lag, or video card, or other issue, its simply different. Like the tree's who have had their leaves replaced with the faces of some female, or your cloak suddenly adorned with every possible icon art that can be fit on it, and suddenly every dwarf chick alone is naked and reduced to torsoes.
Now tell me, out of those two, what would you rather see. :P

When I was playing WAR, I ran into tons of graphics glitches. Most of them were quite amusing, so that's probably why Massively gets them. I wish I would have gotten that shot of the flying Warrior Priest.

Flying warrior priest? Pft.
How about a Bloodelf Paladin going over 9000? :D
(seriously, I was casting holy light on myself and there was a massive lag-spike/server crash and when I clicked the button to sheath my two-hander, the weapon went to my back, but my hands, and the holy light glow, stayed in place and made a convincing Kameha-meha look XD)
