Superficial changes that do nothing to fix the underlying problems with the complex spawning and system occupancy mechanics. Hopefully this is just part of their Faction War "fix", otherwise it will continue to be an irrelevant part of the Eve universe.

If you read the original dev blog linked to, he says "It is important to remember that all the above is not a "fix" for Factional Warfare. It is only the first step of many to put its implementation back into the original vision that was ours during the Empyrean Age release.". It's quite clear this is not their idea of a complete solution

Easy now, paid advertisements are what keep massively going. I am sure they must post a certain number of articles for the folks that advertise on their site regardless of how worthless they are in some folks eyes.
