I've launched the game and tried to change graphic settings (I know the beta aint started but I had to launch it OK?!?!?!) and when I mouse over an option it's tooltip is displayed behind. Where (If I can) can I report this issue pre-beta? :P

You want to register at the forums here: http://betaboards.aiononline.com/index.php you need to enter your Play NC member name and password for your parent account and if you have beta access, which you do, it'll let you register a forum nickname. Then you can post there. :)
