The two new task forces are lame, lame writing, the worst in a very long time. The hero one's ending makes no sense, and the villain one treats level 50 villains as if they were level 1 lackeys all over again. But fortunately, there are other things to be excited about. For example, quite a few sound effects were improved, costume changes got new animations, many NPC groups got new idle animations, Mission Architect got a lot of way overdue improvements to its user interface, and Dominator player-character villains got a very substantial and much-needed roughly 50% damage buff.

So, not a lot of new content in issue 15 (and what there is isn't any good), and the only issue 16 teaser we have is for more combat mechanics and animation improvements. My guess is that issue 17, very late this year or early next, coinciding with the Going Rogue expansion set, is tying up the writing efforts of the Paragon Studios all-star writers. So it's a very, very good thing that they're giving us better and better tools to make our own content.
