There aren't 15 new costume sets, there are only two.

You're right, I've updated the post to reflect this.

It is best now to link to:

http://www.paragonwiki.com

rather than the wikia site, which is no longer being updated nearly as often. The active site is part of http://www.cohtitan.com/, rather than part of wikia.com. You will note that the wikia site main page (http://cityofheroes.wikia.com/wiki/City_of_Heroes_Wiki) still has "Architect Edition on Shelves" on its main page.

The two new task forces are lame, lame writing, the worst in a very long time. The hero one's ending makes no sense, and the villain one treats level 50 villains as if they were level 1 lackeys all over again. But fortunately, there are other things to be excited about. For example, quite a few sound effects were improved, costume changes got new animations, many NPC groups got new idle animations, Mission Architect got a lot of way overdue improvements to its user interface, and Dominator player-character villains got a very substantial and much-needed roughly 50% damage buff.

So, not a lot of new content in issue 15 (and what there is isn't any good), and the only issue 16 teaser we have is for more combat mechanics and animation improvements. My guess is that issue 17, very late this year or early next, coinciding with the Going Rogue expansion set, is tying up the writing efforts of the Paragon Studios all-star writers. So it's a very, very good thing that they're giving us better and better tools to make our own content.

I was looking over the costumes and faces for this issue... pretty sad. The "Vines" costume is just a texture that almost, but not quite, completely unresembles vines. Just about as much as any squiggly line might resemble a snake, a wave, a bird in the distance, heat emanating from a source, or... a vine. In fact, my 2 year old daughter draws better vines than what Paragon is calling a costume set.. and I think she is trying to draw a puppy.

Not the best time for a fail with Champions on the horizon.

I15 is weak at best. Shouldn't really be called an issue but more an update. The Reichsman mission stinks and the writing is poor. That new writer (Bruce something or the other) has dropped the ball again. He stinks - seriously.

I think it is time to ditch this crap game. If CHAMPIONS hits before GOING ROGUE then I am outta Paragon city!
