I'm not a 'hardcore pvp fiend' at all. In fact, I think PVP is mind-numbingly repetitive and a large percentage of the people who partake in it seem to be socially maladjusted.

That said, hell yes I'm picking up the CE, can't wait to support the game, and can't wait to craft/explore a world that is actually innovative.

Once again, MO is not only for PVP-tards.

While I think the charitable aspect here is admirable, I still don't feel I know enough about how this game will play to commit to any edition, much less a collector's box.

As immortal says, I find PvP repetitive and dull, win or lose, and while I've met some decent PvP players who simply enjoy an adrenaline-rush challenge, I've met far too many "PvP-tards" who are just social maladjusts acting out their pathetic power fantasies.

So ... it's watch and wait for me on this game. If the reviews from the sources I trust are good, after it releases, I'll probably give it a look -- but not before.

PvP is dull and repetitive?

As opposed to what in MMO's, kill 10 rats for farmer Bob?

Ratting and mindless fetch quests? No. I haven't played WoW or original EverQuest in years ...
