So.. the impression I get, although I couldn't find anywhere spelling it out 100% clearly, is that to pre-order this game, you go directly to the developer's store?

Would it be correct to assume that this means that a deposit (or even full payment?) would be required, and that pre-ordering, and then cancelling your order if things don't progress well - as you could do at a reputable games shop - will not be an option?

It is a full payment pre order and you can not cancel.

its to help them continue development.

*sigh*

I just think its sad people think its a scam; or anything along that lines. Star Vault is a public company with public record involving their finances. They are also probably some of THE best Devs out there; no fanboy"ism" here, just check out the forums.

The company is producing the game Mortal Online; a concrete game. The Pre-Order is just that, a Pre-Order. If you don't want to get the game, then don't, or don't comment. Its not that hard people. There have been Screen Shots, talks, a couple videos, and the upcoming Beta.

If you haven't been following the game and/or are not even interested in it, then of course you aren't going to Pre-Order it; you know nothing about it.

If you like the game you are in now, then thats good; you have a game you like.

It does not give you the right to bash a company for making a game; and the fans or people who are following it.

With that said; anyone know thinks PvP is just mindless killing is asking for it. Darkfall and Mortal Online are trying to bring more skill into the game (although Darkfall has apparently been failing; this is strictly just what ive heard)
