No.

Hell no.

Absolutely no.

Of Twitter and Facebook all I can say, based on very long net.experience, is "And this too shall pass.".

Sooner, rather then later, would be nice.

I follow Krystalle, Kyle and the dearly departed Zonk.

Twitter isn't so bad, people! Once I got my Tweetdeck set up and found all the appropriate contacts, it's become my favorite news/link gathering tool.

For a generation of people that mocks their parents for not jumping on the computer bandwagon, we sure shirk the newest trends with remarkable ease...

Maybe it's because we *are* your parents in a sort of generalized sense :)

Who wants to hang out with us oldies? ;)

Definitely a Giant NO for me. Twitter is the most annoying website I have ever perused. If I wanted to hear the mindless jottings of a person's thoughts...that's where I would go. Sorry, I like detailed, well written, constructive, and cohesive articles to read.

On top of that, I find the Twitter layout an eyesore and not very user friendly. Facebook on the other hand is OK, but I only use that to keep in touch with old friends and family. That's all.

The first four letters of Twitter sum it up for me. Facebook I don't mind so much, I can check in as much or as little as I want. That said, I kind of glance over people's updates like once a week or something. If I really want to know what's up, I email someone. I don't add anyone on Facebook I don't actually know.

I follow the main site account on Twitter, so in that sense I use it like a glorified RSS feed. Works like a charm.

I really like Twitter. It lets me communicate with and keep tabs on people that I normally wouldn't talk to as part of my regular routine, without the overhead of Facebook (which I don't like and rarely use). If you only have a PC it's useless, but if you have an iPhone it becomes VERY fun and useful.

Twitter is basically made for smartphones.

Ummm, no.

Twitter is for twats and Facebook is for fat pimply teens who take photos of themselves holding a camera over their heads looking down at their near naked body.
