Were you playing during the dwarf beer Live Event?
I farmed 1672 Gnoblars before my battlebrew backpack dropped. 12 hours over two days.
I hit the elite reward somewhere around 1200 Gnoblars.
WAR is not L2 - that kinda of farming is just stupid.
Several of the live Events haven't been easy, some have been great, others have been cr@pfests. but saying they're all easy, that's letting Mythic get away with some pretty crap event design.
