We have a bunch of Warhammer Online coverage lined up for you this week, with everything from exclusive interviews with some of the staff of Mythic Entertainment to a complete overview of the new Land of the Dead zone that will be heading to WAR subscribers everywhere thanks to a free game update. With all of this new information comes more hype, so we want to know exactly what you're feeling about the new dungeon coming out.
Are you excited about the release of the spiritual successor dungeon to Dark Age of Camelot's Darkness Falls? Are you going to be jumping in to the new RvR zone with glee? Are you interested in the slew of new PQs that will be in the Necropolis, or are you looking forward to that new instanced dungeon? Or, maybe it's the tweaks to tier 4 that's getting you all excited?
Whatever it is, we want to know about it. Throw your comments in here and let us know!

/sarcasm on
Watch the servers crash when all the people flood the zone..
Watch all the people get booted out of the zone because there are to many folks in it.
Watch my ten day freebie call to arms expire away into the land of the dead.
/sarcasm off..

Looking forward to this Live Expansion a lot. I have no experience with DAoC at all, so I have no idea what Darkness Falls was like. Therefore I have no pre-conceived notions, and I am looking forward to being surprised. It sounds like some pretty fun, dynamic RvR is a-coming!

As a big fan of Dark Age I'm still unhappy with how the RvR in Warhammer is dumbed down and streamlined and simplified to make it so trivial that RVR is simply a numbers game.
I do however hold out hope that one of these no doubt excellent live updates will add the numerous features lacking from Warhammer RVR back in.
Darkness falls was a boatload of fun in DAOC so I can't imagine this could be bad thing.

""And for those of you who enjoy powerleveling, you'll enjoy this little note -- lower ranked players will get experience as if they were their lower rank defeating these rank 36+ monsters and players, not the experience a rank 36 would get if they were defeating these enemies. This makes going to Land of the Dead very lucrative for lower level players tired of the tier system.""
That just might kill the old world..... which might not be a BAD thing.
Oh well I'm waiting 2 months for my current WoW game card to expire (My realitives always know what to give me for stuff) and will reacess THEN about WAR.
It SOUNDS cool but I know from experience that sounding awsome on paper dose not translate onto awsome in game as far as WAR goes.

I agree, I hope this kills the old world. Maybe now I can actually level up without sitting around waiting for scenarios and getting frustrated.

I like Warhammer a lot these days, but since this happens every time in any given MMO, a new zone opening is something that's irritating enough to make me either stay out of that zone or not play at all.

Woot! MMO's need more platforming, it keeps things interesting and gives an actual use for that jump key.

Explore, explore, and explore some more. The Land of the Dead looks better than most (if not all) things i've seen so far on a MMO. Of course we'll have to see if it plays that well as well, but it definitely looks promising.
