Doesn't making them soloable defeat the purpose? The reason they're empty is because theres too many empty servers and the world is too big. The only cities open are the empire's and the chaos so everyone just goes there leaving the other places dead. Also in a level based game all the lower levels will be dead because it's the flaw in the top heavy design.

What you need to do is get rid of all the 1 - 30 content and make the game a 10 level game and just have the Tier 4 stages.

So you saying they just have to delete more them 50% of the content like the players all rushing to the max level...... Just what this game needed cut more content lol ;)

Pay 15 bucks a month for a 10 level game!! that is crazy!

Again, like so many things written on here by commenters about WAR, this statement is simply not true. I logged on last night to a good population server, ran to the nearest PQ, and immediately teamed with two strangers as we rampaged through a pretty tough PQ in Talabecland.

Lower level areas are not "dead" on many of the well-populated servers. If WAR has one flaw, it's that it had too many servers dedicated for the game. They need to condense the game down to a handful of servers to maximize the population. If and when they start adding mew folks, simply open more servers and let them join.

This is a problem many MMOs not named WoW are facing.
