Haven't seen a MMO so well kept under wraps than this one, especially considering the veritable army of top-flight talent they have attracted to the project.

Anyone that gets hired is going to be working with some of the biggest movers & shakers in MMO gaming & that alone would look good on a CV I reckon.

GL to any that go for it.

What about that MMO from Red 5 Studios? Haven't heard anything from them in a long time. But if you take a look at who they got on their team, it's pretty amazing...

Mark Kern - Team Lead of WoW
Bill Petras - Art Director of WoW
Scott Youngblood - Lead Designer of Starsiege: Tribes & Tribes 2
Jeff Morris - Lead Producer of Gears of War, UT 2k4, UT3

I'm going crazy waiting to hear what they have going.

I'd give my left kidney to work with Curt Schilling. He played on my WoW server, and he's an insanely cool dude.

Schilling's political advocacy would guarantee that I'd never take a job at any company he was in charge of.

To date i have yet to see an MMO company put out feelers for quality assurance folks with common sense and the balls to beat devs down when they need it.

An interview article on Studio 5 over at Gamasutra puts their game in the guise of a game driven by User-Generated content, in that one of the core foundations of the game was the player directly influencing the game-world.

No word on what genre it fell into, no mention of fantasay or sci-fi etc.

Their website says that they have closed the China based studio & are focusing on expanding the California one now.
