Did we not learn noting from Age of Conan, WAR? Do not buy Special Edition boxes of games that did not even go live you may be sorry later wait a week or so to see of people are giving a good review to the game first or burn it in hell!

BTW seen better box art!

Also you can save lots of money by waiting and have a better game xp at the same time.... check what happen to AoC from 68/80 bucks to 19,95!

And also good games like Lord of the Rings online.... 9.95....

Not jump on and get burned wait and smile the FIRST people in the face!

Does Jumpgate Evolution have classes and levels? Is it a sandbox game like EVE with a player-based economy?

It's more of a simulation I think.

They need to follow Spellborns example and make it a free to play for two weeks or so. Let folks decide if they want to buy it or not, should be an industry standard. I pretty much do not touch a game anymore unless it has a free download and trial period, if it even interests me.

Buying a game anymore before trying it is simply ignorant on our part with the dev quality in todays MMO's, It's just not worth throwing your money away.

They've said that their open beta period will pretty much be just like a free trial. They don't want to go into open beta until they're sure every last bug from closed beta is fixed.

Wait a minute.

I signed up for the beta for JGE on the first day it was taking apps. Haven't heard a word from that.

Now it's launching next month?

Don't get me wrong, I want to play it (duh) but thumbs-down for the beta signups for nothing.
