Nice interview. I like the fact that CCP seems to realize that since their playerbase is paying them a monthly fee to play their game, they should react to player concerns, and adjust their dev priorities accordingly. An unhappy playerbase, will soon become a smaller playerbase. It is also nice to know that we as players have some say in improving the game we all love so much.

Keep up the good work CCP. You seem to be at the cutting edge in the industry of responsiveness to your players. Other companies could learn a lot from you.
