This is certainly good news for NCSoft :). And I agree - cases that don't have anything to do with Texas shouldn't be tried in Texas.

Wow, is this little pantomime still continuing? I actually thought it would have been thrown out of court ages ago.

I'm so hoping Worlds.com gets reamed to the point of extinction for this utter idiocy. This suing for profit bull has to stop somewhere and I can't think of a bunch of idiots more deserving of being made into an example.

I'm hoping all of that too and I'm sure most of the gaming world is as well, just for the simple reason that this could get seriously ridiculous if NCsoft loses.
