How is this game post-apocalyptic? Whats with all of the goo-goo-gaa-gaa stuff? Do they know what they are doing? Making another WoW clone will not make them money...

Fallen Earth = post-apocalyptic... It actually looks like the world was destroyed...

Have you seen any of the other screenshots? This is probably one of the areas that have been rebuilt.

I don't see why people call every new mmo a WoW clone. There doesn't seem to be anything in this that looks like WoW; game play or design wise. Unless you have heard of something I haven't, like the new playable class 'evening elves'.

Let me guess, you're the type of gamer who thought Doom3's "5 shades of brown and one black" color palette was exciting?

For the rest of us, a little diversity in settings helps keep things interesting.

The world *Was* completely destroyed in Earthrise. The game takes place in areas of a higher concentration of human population. Of course they rebuilt a lot of the places they are *living*. But that does not mean the entire planet is that way. If you read about the game you would know that by now. There are plenty of desolated areas that are still completely messed up.

Looks like they've got some intense cyberpunk influence going on. A bit clean for pure cyberpunk, but you can definitely see the influence. I'm diggin' it.
