Congratulations on finally nailing Philip Rosedale down for an interview!

However, I would have really liked to see some harder questions--pick his brain as to their reasoning for some of the decisions made internally by LL. I'm sure you didn't want to scare him away though (plus, such questions might be better suited for the CEO).

That will be nice to see, Tateru! Hope you can ask him some of those hard questions regarding their counterintuitive openspace pricing policies, etc. I'm still gritting my teeth over that!

I'm not too hopeful about the openspaces thing. I've had queries in with the Lab for months about why the changes. So far, unresponded.

Actually, for most of the last few years, the Lab wouldn't respond to anything we put to them, or responded months later with answers that were so tangential to the queries that nothing was gained.

Lately there seems to have been a turnaround in communications policy, which has been quite useful. The situation is still new and we're as yet unsure how far the Lab is willing to go in many areas and topics.

I shall keep my fingers and toes crossed that this is a progressive trend, and not just an anomaly! I know I am not alone in the desire for increased transparency for residents. Considering how much money we pump into their coffers in sim tier alone, it seems a reasonable request.
