I can't speak for anyone else, but I'd have paid $4 extra for 60 more bag spots in WoW!

Actually, the current size of the gobbiebag (inventory) is 70 slots, and the developers indicated in an interview that the size is going to be increased to a maximum of 80 (probably during this expansion or even the upcoming update).
80 is the magic number for container size, due to PS2 limitations. (Mog safe, mog storage and mog locker all have a maximum size of 80)

The SE one is more expensive because it includes shipping and handling, and the size of the ordered units is most likely smaller then that for WoW.

Entropia Universe had this feature long before WoW, although they charged $25 for theirs.
