I'd also add that the downtime wasn't entirely unexpected --- I believe Turbine moved servers to a new data farm.

Yeah they moved DDO and AC to new datacenters due to problems with the old ones, they changed carriers. Anyway, as always, good going turbine.

yeah i just came back to this game. I forgot how awesome the questing system is. Wish LOTRO could take a clue from ...um...themselves.

DDO was probably the most innovative and ground breaking MMOG of the last 10 years. Its too bad so many people completely missed this gem.
