Walking in Stations is pretty much at the top 1 to 10 for me.

How about not flying through planets and stations? Or realistic approaches to jumpgates? I like the atmospheric flight idea, but put something on the planets that are supposed to be inhabited. How about making collisions between ships take mass into account? I know this would be a huge issue, but how about fuel (maybe there is an explanation for this in the lore somewhere, like there is for sound synthesis and camera drones, both of which handle the issue pretty damn good)? Do the planets orbit their stars in real-time, or are they stationary? I'm sure I have more sitting around here somewhere, but I'm dangerously close to my 'number of question marks in a single post' limit.

Removing the antiquated and dumb cascading menus and replacing with either screen or keyboard commands would be my first priority.

The UI is still in the dark ages as long as the use of these awkward menu interfaces are used.

They also need to make it harder for large groups to hold large portions of space. 0.0 is rapidly becoming only the realm of the very rich and the worm hole regions are not that viable.

I'm 100% agree with you Ozmodan. Screw the complicated features like WiS or Planet flying which CCP will end up messing up anyways. Eve needs a complete functionality revamp. Keyboard controls and no more of these "right click" menus. How are people suppose to make quick decisions in intense battles when they are having to right click on tiny little icons?

There needs to be somewhat easier methods to get from one system to another 30 systems away. CCP either needs to cave into the autopilot "warp to 0" demands or create super stargates that allow players to bypass something like 7 systems at a time.

I agree with you Oz again, 0.0 doesn't work the way it's suppose to. However, the ability to delete corps (such as BoB's recent scandal) and steal all their isk NEEDS to be changed. Eve models itself on real life, however in real life, you can't just steal everyone's shit. There should be a seven day undo button.

I wouldn't have written this much if I didnt love Eve.

Yes again to UI improvements, particularly more keyboard shortcuts.

All in all, I wouldn't mind holding off on any more "new features" for a while in favor of a balance/bug fix pass on several of the features already in the game like 0.0 SOV, Faction Warfare, Black Ops and so forth, as outlined in the CSM wiki:

Even though Eve's UI is a bit clutard and a pain to navigate. It's a hell ofa lot better then just using keyboard commands. Eve is a complex game with alot of options to select using the r click menu, There isnt enough keys on a keyboard for the amount of commands eve has. Infact nearly all of the keys are already taken at present. Plus in a laggy system like jita or a fleet battle i wouldnt be totally sure that a combo of key press' would of been made correctly, as with a menu system i know that ive entered the command correctly.

As for what i would like to see in the game is a reworking of 0.0 pos warfare so its less of a grind. But ultimatly i would love for players to beable to control planets and for the population of a planet to be a resource. I think the shanty town idea is brilliant as anything which fills the void of space is a good thing.
