i think tcos is far from a standard mmo
my personal strong points are:
- small group content: you can do group instances with bosses and stuff with 4 players only
- dress to impress: you are not limited to items. you pick your looks from a ton of cool looking clothes/armor/weapons. the itemizations comes from "invisible" sigils
- breakup with the holy trinity. no waiting for tank/healers/buffers. due to the fact that your supposed to evade attacks and that all classes can buff and heal a bit any class combination works in groups
- concentrated, small dev group. like ccp for eve the devs seem to live and breath the game. after the eu release they were on time with a monthly patch fixing stuff and bringing in new content.

for all those who'd like to play on a european server, you can get the client here:
https://eu-players.tcos.com/
the ip ban is gone and the community is great and is fighting to help each new player since many here feel all the game needs to go from good to great is a lot more ppl playing it.
