I'm mixed on it. The combat seems to have some potential to it, but I just can't get into it yet. Also the whole new character introduction, there is a whole lot that isn't covered.

For example: the game never explains to you that you have over half a dozen skills waiting to be used out of the gate. Instead it makes it look like you simply have a single Melee or Ranged attack.

Another example: there is no explanation of the rotating skill block and how to add to it or take from it.

I found the game very rough around the edges and there isn't much guidance in game for what to do once off the newb ship.

The questing is standard kill x or y, which is disappointing since TCoS has some uniqueness to it. At the end of the day I will not be paying to play TCoS as it really feels to be another Diku-inspired MMO masked under a different combat system.
