No they won't ban your account. You can play from any country you wish, thankfully, unlike many other companies, Blizzard will not force you to play on specific servers based on your IP address.

Additionally, in order to get a better connection speed to the US servers, consider using wowtunnels.com. I use them and it makes a huge difference in latency. (geez... I sound like I work for them..)

I remember a quote somewhere about the reason Pandaren were not in the game was because of China. If they can remove skeletons in the Chinese version, they can do the same with Pandaren. It makes Blizz look like a bunch of tools bowing to censorship themselves.

Yea, Chinese are just government are just jealous on how influential Lich King. I read an article on www.wrathking.com on how to avoid burn out from playing WotLK. Check it out!
