The changes coming to Funcom's Age of Conan have really been picking up steam. While this update is more of a teaser for things to come, the breakdown of the new RPG system does give players a first look at how new stat breakdowns will change things down the road. From what they're saying, you'll want to be sure you stay on top of getting the best armor and gear! Also, they've added a new character sheet to better display all the new armor attributes and how they will impact each character as they progress through the wild lands of Hyborea.
While it's only a bite-sized look at some of the changes coming to Age of Conan, it's definitely welcome. Among the other things players have to look forward to is further changes to feat trees, skills and spells, as well as a new gem system that will be implemented as time goes on. For the full breakdown of how all of these new attributes will affect your characters, be sure to head over to the AoC forums and check this month's Game Director's letter out!

AOC is old news these days... Saying "The changes coming to Funcom's Age of Conan have really been picking up steam" is a huge exaggeration...
The new game everyone wants is Darkfall (me included) Funcom is a failure and no one sane will go back to that company after they treated their paying customers like shit with the release of AOC...
Darkfall FTW!!

HAHAHAHA... you speak for everyone. It's funny. In my multi-game guild of over 350 players, there is ONE person that was interested enough in DF to go play it. But yea.... everyone.

No offense but I don't agree as well. I have watched Morrisons treatment of Anarchy Online for a while and he is a leader in a company that gets teams in the right direction because he was "one of us" picked from the fields of gamers and worked his way up from community manager to lead producer. He is also not a liar.
The end result for AoC with Morrison is that the content will roll out whereas before we were completely lied to as consumers. I am going to watch this one because I loved the combat even though it was flawed at the time and not balanced.

I returned to the game recently and its 100x better. its not there yet, but its closer. Another 6 months and they could prob do a return to AoC campaign and win back a lot of people.
Especially with DFO sucking it up with this acct thing. I was one of those f5 refresh people and I've just given up. I don't care about the game anymore.
