Big Download took a look (one of the very first, in fact) at the Unreal Engine 3 powered NASA MMO. They came out the the experience with two pages of information. Some of the more interesting facts are that the game is actually set in the year 2035, and is designed to spark a fire of infatuation with space and NASA in those who play it -- similar to what America's Army was all about.
So head on over and take a look, if getting your virtual space walk on (trainable at level 40, we hear) is something you'd be more than happy to participate in. Don't say we didn't warn you about those urine packs, though.

Looks like an exciting, non-stop action adventure. I can't wait til I hit the level cap and can start PvPing the other astronauts. Not to mention getting a 25 man raid together to go to Mars.
In all seriousness, this could be a really interesting game. Hopefully some new ideas come out of the whole thing that can be applied elsewhere. And even more hopefully, maybe attract a more mature player base than what is floating around WoW these days.

The best part is the instance where you strap on a diaper and drive cross country to confront your lover about your triangle of romance.
I hear its grueling.

This sounds like it could be a ok to even decent single player game. Heck it might even work with a multiplayer component.
But as a MMO? No sorry I don't think so. Guess it is easier to get funding for a MMO then a single player game these days.
