For a free game (and even for a PAY game) there are just a wealth of features too numerous to even get into here. RoM definitely has the ratio of 'rewards / time spent playing' almost exactly right, and that's really what is most important - that you feel like you are not just wasting your time. Visit the ENG forums in the Addons&UI section, we have a LOT going on there including UI's that give WoW a run for its money - no lie.
