It's refreshing to read that in this age of LCD, easy-mode gaming that Eve is sticking to it's guns. In the interest of full disclosure I must tell you that I do play Eve so my opinions may be biased (ok, who am I kidding with the maybe, they are completely biased!). Eve has a very solid playerbase that is astoundingly still growing in it's 5th year and it is because they stay true to their playerbase and their game.

I am looking forward to this expansion and what it's going to offer the non-giant-alliance corps in terms of claimable space. The wormhole system is looking like it's going to reduce the blobbing by limiting the mass that can travel through a particular hole...allowing smaller corps a better chance of defense and reducing, if not tottaly eliminating, caps from the picture.

Not sure how the T3 ships are going to pan out but they all make pretty balls of fire when I blow them to pieces anyways...

from what i was listening to in the exploration channel, the random nature of wormhole exit location could possibly make it very difficult to supply any sort of permanent installation in wormhole space. devs have already said there will be no ice in wormholes.
