I tried the game but one aspect turned me off and that was the fact that the moment I log on I am slammed with IMs from other players asking me to be there apprentice. Personally when I first play an MMO I seek to learn about it on my own so the system is worthless to me and the only reason why many of the higher levels look for apprentices is so they get rewards to further their own characters and fatten their pockets.

While I don't mind this system and I know it can help those players who want a guide from the start. For players like my self I would much rather prefer an "/anon" feature so I don't have to deal with all the tells as I have not desire to help some high level further their character while I get nothing in return.

Sadly it's the lack of the ability to go anon that preventing me from playing as I rather enjoyed playing an MMO that reminded me of Final Fantasy. With that said it's funny that this company got the FF feel right while Square failed at producing that feel for me. :p

Either way I recommend checking it out as it's free and you might enjoy it. ^_^

Ok Turn base.... I hate turn base and that make me think back at Final Fantasy series and crap like magic and heroes and megaman!

The only turn base game I was able to stand so far is Pokemon :(
