It seems the game is shaping up pretty well, i hope they can properly deploy all the features and mobs (most leaks speak of a desterted world except for known "hubs")

but then again, if thats all we have to worry about i'm all set to spend the first week on a IV ;)

Adventurine communicating with its fanbase? The surface world has become an unrecognizable and alien place I must return back under the sea....

OK with that out of my system I have been hearing about the same as Temko and Nadril, HUGE world lot much in it right now. Still the fact that the thing is even running is a tribute in itself.

However if the list is accurate there is probably a LONG way to go for Adventurine. My hopes for Darkfall have risen slightly but I still think its more likely to fail than succeed.

I find it funny that people either hate the game or have a strong disinterest in it, yet... For some odd reason, they take the time to repeatedly post their disinterest for said game.

I will just have to wait for a chance to play before I pass judgment on this title, call me crazy.

I will say I am looking forward to playing anything that is attempting to change the way current MMO's are played. I have tried to get into EVE, but not for me, but I have tons of respect for the design and nature of the game. Here is to hoping Darkfall can add a new direction for MMO's to consider.

What's with the DoS attacks? I mean, it just conjours up images of some fat, sweaty, red-faced nerd being so upset that he can't play Darkfall that he sets all this up between eating Cheesy Poofs and masturbating to Anime... Or doing both at once...

Call me cynical, but i don't believe the "attacks" story. Half of me thinks it's them trying to get free advertising and to get people to think they are being attacked for being different. The other half is thinking they couldn't even afford decent servers for their site, and what that will mean for the game itself.

Not really related to the attacks, but geeze, do all the screen shots of this game have to be all "brown"? Seeing nothing but makes me not even slightly interested in it.
