Ouch. It makes me wonder just how much of the supposed 800,000 units shipped translated into active subscriptions. By the look of it, not many...

We can be pretty sure that Age of Conan is near death it takes a lot of money to keep running games like this and even more to keep a team going.

Looks like you can't even read your own article or count. The EU list is TWELVE servers. UK alone has four, unless you're saying Germany, France and Spain are no longer part of the EU?
