Is this a game where you have to pay real life money to buy ammunition and for repairing armor?

If so, it is probably why I started to hate this game so immensly, without ever having tried it out.

I actually prefer this style of gaming. I spend less month-to-month than I would with a subscription base. It wasn't always like that though, I'm fairly established in Entropia, but I still have the option of depositing if there is something I'm aching for, while staying within my monthly gaming budget.

Also, I'd like to expand on the story a bit. First Planet Company isn't creating a new MMO, they have taken over development of the MMO that is currently Entropia Universe. Mindark is pursuing the Entropia Universe Platform (as a complicated franchise basically) while First Planet will be developing Calypso and additional works it creates.

It's an exciting time to be a member of Entropia

I also prefer this style of mmo gaming myself over monthly subscriptions where I'm obligated to pay if I want to play.

This business model has kept me pretty much exclusive to Entropia after all these years.

And to answer the question posted on the first comment. "No" You dont have to pay real life money to buy ammunition and repair armor or even to withdraw real life money out for that matter.
