Do not, I repeat DO NOT rehash sound effects when introducing new powers. I can understand animations but rehashing sounds is the ultimate in laziness and lack of creativity(yeah, i referring to what CoX does now).
Due to the reviews it received, better use of cinematics to tell a story ala Metal Gear Solid 4 is something I would like to see. If you are just going to use text then at least put it in comic book format and not just plain jane text like CoX does now. Not exciting to read.
PvE base raids. Statesman said it himself that he should have concentrated on PvE aspect of bases first such as protecting against PvE foes. Here is your chance.
I would like to see limited destructibility of the environment. Always the excuse that players would raze the environment and it would never be whole. Why do building have to be completely destructible? Why can't there be a timer where it cannot be touched while it is repaired completely? If not outside then all instanced missions should have some destructible elements more than CoX does now. I know balance is going to come into play on favorite powers and ruin the flavor for many people so the visceral enjoyment of destroying in-game objects can help offset this and still make your character 'feel' powerful.
I could go on and on but I really don't believe any of the above will be implemented. One, some or all of it may not be technologically possible, two, the Devs will do what they want in the end because there is no way to please everyone and they will need to have a singular vision to get anything done.
Also, I think it is waaaay too late to be asking players what they want and this is a poor charade of trying to make us think they care about our opinions.
