Sure.

Now go dig up all the responses by Smedley that there wasn't plans for Microtransactions in EQ1 or EQ2. Forum posts are not binding contracts and mean nothing. The fact is that they are setting up a RMT service for their corporation. They'll decide then what games it will be a part of and a forum post will not be a deciding factor.

Well if you want to be that negative about it... I'm sure every single MMORPG company in existence has people on their team who keep up with this stuff. It'd be dumb of them not to.

In the meantime, I'm not very worried about it.

Well that's a relief! I'm glad to see Turbine has paid close attention to the OVERWHELMING majority of LotRO players that do not want to see RMT / MTs in LotRO.

Let us hope it remains that way.
