Today's the day many of us are celebrating with family or friends, near and far. As such, we're bringing you this festive shot from Lord of the Rings Online of a player-organized concert for the holidays. It's just the thing to set the stage for gathering with your MMO friends over the holidays! This screenshot comes to us from Eadbert, Lore-master and Kinsman of the Lonely Mountain Band. Eadbert writes: Here is a screenshot of a player orchestrated Yule Festival concert, just one of many going on within the Lanrdroval server of Lord of the Rings Online. I really enjoyed the use of the Captain's herald (his name was Coin) to add pomp to the proceedings. I wish I could remember the band's name, but alas, I can't.
We wish you all the happiest of holidays, and hope you can enjoy some gaming time with friends and/or family today. We'll be back tomorrow with more holiday One Shots taking us up to the New Year! As always, if you'd like to send in a screenshot and join the fun, don't be shy. Just email it to us here at oneshots AT massively DOT com along with your name and the game it's from. (1024px across or larger, please.)

Ahhh, Landroval. Yes, the biggest group of shameless self-promoters you'd ever hope to meet. They're the "unofficial RP server", don't you know? RP doesn't happen on any other LotRO server. Only among those wankers...

I dunno man. The server has been one of the best starter servers I've ever had in an MMO. The only ohter one that comes to mind is one in FFXI...
Just saying, don't know why the hate ;)
