I'm currently on the phone with customer support and so far these haven't come up in my account because I pay with gamecards instead of direct credid card billing.

I'll give an update later on if this can get changed or whatever..but I find it kind of stupid they screw out those that use game cards over credit cards. I only use game cards because the last game I used a credit card for was Age of Conan which overcharged me as well as tacked on a foriegn money transer fee as well, and that's why I don't use a credit card for games that I can pay with game cards.
