This is actually true, sword battles are the best part of puzzle pirates, but sadly, one of the few enjoyable ones.

Quackor, I find almost all of the puzzles to be highly enjoyable. Rumble is especially fun, as it's effectively PP's "combat" variant of Puzzle Bobble, sharing some of the great team dynamics of Swordfighting. Shipwrighting is excellent. The core Bilging, Sailing and Carpentry games are easy to play, difficult to master.

Overall, the PP suite of minigames offers a wide variety of interesting puzzling, and the dual currency economy is brilliant.
