Well I know all of this drama was enough to get me to check the game out. Well this and the machinima named "Clear Skies"

It looks like CCP is already using the CSM to help manage major issues. I am glad they fixed the exploit, and I hope I can still afford T2 ships after the market rebalances.

35% of the Ferrogel market... good lord! Even if that were ALL the effect the exploit had (I'm sure it went farther), that's still an incredible fraction of the T2 production industry.

I lol'd yesterday, because it's so true, when someone said "ah, EVE.. the game where you read about these horrible bugs and exploits and corruption.. and it just makes you want to play it even more!"

I knew it, my instincts were right that this hasn't been going on for the four years suggested by the guy that announced the exploit. He had just been banned and was trying to stir up some more drama. I highly doubt his claim that GMs had intentionally deleted petitions on the issue hold any validity either.
